InfiNet Wireless Launches New SkyMAN Equipment For the Virgin 6 GHz Market in Russia

InfiNet Wireless announced the start of serial production of SkyMAN equipment for the 6050-6425 GHz spectrum. This new 6 GHz equipment possesses optimal radio performance under the harshest environmental conditions. Like other InfiNet radio products, the new 6 GHz product family supports the MINT architecture which ensures deployment in a diverse range of topologies (PTP, PtMP, Relay) with the use of adaptive polling, IP-routing of packets, VLAN, Firewall, traffic shaping, SNMP monitoring and management and other award-winning networking features.

GHz Product Family now available in the following spectrum:

• 6050-6150 GHz
• 6150-6250 GHz
• 6250-6350 GHz
• 6350-6425 GHz

All models have output power of 150 mW, receiver sensitivity of -71 to -91 dBm and operate in 5, 10 and 20 MHz channel widths and temperate ranges of -40…+60 degrees Celsius.

Leading Russian operators are currently testing InfiNet’s new 6 GHz in the field and significant deployments in multiple cities across Russia are now under discussion.
