Public Safety Broadband Consortium Adds New Members
The Public Safety Broadband Consortium, founded by Public Safety Broadband, InfiNet Wireless, WiFi-Citywide and Insight Video Net to advance the efforts of emergency response and wireless interoperability, today announced that it has added several new members and partners, all of which will exhibit at the upcoming 2007 International Wireless Communications Expo (ICWE) from March 28-30 in Las Vegas.
The Consortium’s new members and partners represent a wide range of wireless applications and together offer a complete public safety broadband solution. They include:
- Data911 – a manufacturer of ruggedized mobile data hardware for wireless data communications in the automotive environment (Booth 19044)
- Dataradio – the designer and manufacturer of advanced wireless data products and systems for mission-critical applications (Booth 5027)
- Mobile Mark Communications Antennas – a designer and manufacturer of antennas for 800 MHz – 10 GHz (Booth 13047)
- Radio IP Software – a provider of innovative connectionware solutions to facilitate and improve interoperable data connections between remote mobile environments and central office locations (Booth 5046)
- ShotSpotter, Inc. – the leading developer of gunshot location systems and technology (Booth 18063)
- SkyPilot Networks – a leading provider of carrier-class wireless mesh solutions that enable service providers, municipalities, and public safety agencies to rapidly deploy cost-effective broadband access, voice over IP, public and private Wi-Fi access, video surveillance, and other wireless applications (Booth 13062)
