InfiNet Wireless has been participating in GITEX for the past seven years as the Middle East is a key market and one of the first regions where its products were deployed. In Saudia Arabia in 2004, InfiNet equipment was used for street Wi-Fi access points, providing monitoring and control of access to public places.

InfiNet products have also been implemented to provide communication with the drilling rigs in the Persian Gulf and to provide CCTV surveillance in the Holy Muslim city of Mecca. Building on this success, MADA, provider of broadband access in Kuwait, has just chosen InfiNet solutions to fully replace its WiMax network and provide high-capacity broadband connectivity to businesses in the private and public sector all across the state of Kuwait. InfiNet has shipped more than 100 base stations and over 1,500 client devices.
